The reservation is guaranteed as soon as we receive the down payment (25% of the stay amount or a one-night amount for a stay shorter than 4 nights. The balance has to be paid no later 1 week before arrival. Otherwise, your booking will no longer be guaranteed
Arrival between 5 pm and 8 pm: Outside of these hours, please let us know in order to arrange an appointment. You may be asked for a identity document.
A security deposit: 400 € (cash) refunded at your departure if no damage isreported during the inventory.
Departure, no later than 10 am: The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived (Dishes cleaned, fridge emptied, dustbins cleared) otherwise, a cleaning fee of 50 € will be charge. For overnight stays, cleaning is included in the price.
Tariff incl. VAT tax
5 % of the amount of the night excluding VAT/person capped at €3.20 /person + additional tax 10%
The reservation is guaranteed at the rates and conditions specified at the reservation for the chosen period.
Rates could be modified if the number of people occupying the apartment doesn’t correspond to the booking.
Any complaint to a rental must be made and will be admissible only the day of arrival.
Free cancellation if it is done 30 days before arrival.
Any cancellation must be made by Email or postal mail.
It is also advised to ask your insurer if you are covered by a holiday insurance.
For any stay canceled less than one week before the planned arrival or shortened, whatever the reason, the entire stay remains due.
